Can you make prototypes from 3D drawings? What’s the lead time?
Yes — our rapid prototyping service covers SLA/SLS resin printing, FDM large-format printing and metal SLM. Typical lead time: SLA/SLS samples 3-5 days, metal 3D printing 7-10 days, soft tooling 10-15 days, hard tooling 20-25 days. We accept STEP, IGES, X_T, SolidWorks, Pro-E, DWG and PDF files. Free DFM review included with every prototype project.
What metal materials can you cast? Do you support surface finishing?
We cover the full range of castable metals: carbon steel (Q235, Q345, 20#, 45#, WCB), alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo, SCM415), stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 2205 duplex, 17-4PH), gray and ductile iron (HT200-300, QT400-700), aluminum alloys (A356, A380, 6061, ZL101), and copper alloys (tin bronze, aluminum bronze, brass). Surface finishing includes anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation and polishing.
Do you support export? Can you provide customs clearance documents?
Yes — PUNI holds independent import & export qualification (registered since 2015). We provide full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, FORM E (ASEAN FTA), FORM F (Chile FTA), FORM A (GSP), RCEP, customs declaration, and inspection certificates when required. We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and DAP shipping terms. Long-term freight partner cooperation with DHL, FedEx, COSCO, Maersk, MSC and others.
What’s your MOQ? Can I place small trial orders?
We support flexible trial orders. Investment castings: typical MOQ 100 pcs/design (50 pcs trial accepted). Sand castings: 50 pcs/design. CNC machined parts: single-piece start possible. Tooling/mold cost: one-time fee, negotiable amortization on large repeat orders. Trial order lead time: typically 15-25 working days excluding tooling development.
