Sheet Metal Stamping & Laser Cutting

Overview

PUNI's sheet metal fabrication department handles everything from laser cutting and CNC bending to robotic welding and full powder coating — all under one roof for fast, controlled delivery.

Equipment List

• Fiber laser cutting machines: 4 sets (up to 6 kW power, cutting up to 25 mm carbon steel, 15 mm stainless)
• CNC press brakes: 5 sets (tonnage from 60 to 250 tons, working length up to 4 m)
• Robotic welding cells: 3 sets (MIG, TIG and spot welding)
• Mechanical punch presses: 3 sets (up to 200 tons)
• Powder coating line: 1 complete line (pretreatment + spray + curing oven)
• Wet painting line: 1 line with sanding and finishing stations

Capability Range

• Sheet thickness: 0.5 mm to 25 mm
• Materials: cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), aluminum (5052, 6061, 5052), galvanized steel
• Maximum sheet size: 4000 × 2000 mm
• Laser cutting tolerance: ±0.1 mm (on standard thickness)
• Bending tolerance: ±0.5° on angle, ±0.2 mm on dimension

Welding Capabilities

• MIG/MAG welding for carbon steel and stainless
• TIG welding for stainless, aluminum and precision joints
• Spot welding for sheet assemblies
• Stud welding for threaded fasteners
• Welding certification: AWS, EN ISO 3834 available

Surface Finishing

• Powder coating (all RAL colors, gloss/matte/ textured finishes)
• Wet painting with primer + topcoat system
• Hot-dip galvanizing and electro-zinc plating (outsourced)
• Anodizing for aluminum parts
• Brushed and mirror finish for stainless steel
